ELKTON MAGIC AND LOCAL BUSINESSES STEP UP FOR FUND CCPS MOVEMENT

Elkton Magic, a grass roots effort to bring exciting magical performances to the local community, has decided to promote and support the local Fund CCPS effort by making their upcoming March 7, 2024 show double as a fundraiser and awareness event for the local cause.

Elkton Magic has offered to contribute 20% of the net ticket sales from the event to the Fund CCPS effort by way of donation to BEPAC, a local non-profit organization dedicated to furthering the mission of Cecil County Public Schools, their teachers, and students. Additionally, a number of local businesses have stepped up to match the contribution to be made by Elkton Magic. As of the time of this release, five local businesses will be matching the donation, meaning that collectively more than the cost of a ticket to the show will be donated to BEPAC following the event! Supporters of the Fund CCPS cause who attend are encouraged to wear red.

Local businesses stepping up for this effort include Moon Air Inc, Purnell Body Shop, Bowers Law, Jason Lim- Edward Jones Advisors, and Stephen Simmons- State Farm Agent. The event is one of the many monthly performances Elkton Magic has hosted and produced since it’s beginning in November 2021. The headline performer for this family friendly show will be the World’s Greatest Mind Reader, Christopher Carter, who has performed for decades in Colleges and Universities across the Country, as well as thousands of private corporate events and cruise ships.
